Flight rules for the journey home.

Effective September 14, 2026 · By downloading or using BuddyPort: Space Adventure on iOS or Android, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Space Adventure

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game on compatible iPhone, iPad, and Android devices for private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Family use

A parent or guardian should review these terms for younger players. You are responsible for activity on devices and Apple or Google accounts under your control.

3. Game progress

Progress is stored locally on the device. On iPhone and iPad, eligible progress may also sync through the player’s private iCloud account when available. On Android, progress remains on the current device and cloud backup and cross-device transfer are disabled. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and, where applicable, iCloud. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted or unavailable data.

4. Fair play

You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or interfere with Space Adventure, its artwork, code, gameplay systems, or platform services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Intellectual property

BuddyPort, Space Adventure, its characters, worlds, artwork, music, interface, names, and other original content are owned by the developer or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

6. Availability and updates

Features, missions, requirements, supported devices, and availability may change as the game improves. Updates may be required to continue using some features.

7. Store terms, purchases, and refunds

Download availability and any purchase are processed by the store used to obtain the game: Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Pricing, taxes, payment processing, sharing availability, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable store and account terms.

8. Third-party services

Apple services, including the App Store and iCloud, and Google services, including Google Play and Android platform services, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BuddyPort is not responsible for interruptions or changes to those services.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Space Adventure is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

10. Governing law and contact
