1. Using BuddyPort
BuddyPort grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game on compatible iPhone, iPad, and Android devices for private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Family use
A parent or guardian should review these terms for younger players. You are responsible for activity on devices and Apple or Google accounts under your control.
3. Game progress
Progress is stored locally on the device. On iPhone and iPad, eligible progress may also sync through the player’s private iCloud account when available. On Android, progress remains on the current device and cloud backup and cross-device transfer are disabled. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and, where applicable, iCloud. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted or unavailable data.
4. Fair play
You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or interfere with BuddyPort, its artwork, code, gameplay systems, or services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Intellectual property
BuddyPort, its characters, destinations, artwork, music, interface, names, and other original content are owned by BuddyPort’s developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Availability and updates
Features, destinations, requirements, and availability may change as the game improves. Updates may be required to continue using some features.
7. Purchases, access, and refunds
BuddyPort is free to download on iPhone, iPad, and Android and offers optional permanent unlocks. All nine Buddies are free on iOS; Android currently includes six free Buddies. Full Adventure unlocks premium Local and International routes and eight premium Metro Manila destinations. The separate Luzon Adventure Pass unlocks the ten premium destinations across the North and South Luzon loops. Neither purchase includes the other. Legacy Full Adventure access from an eligible earlier paid version does not include the Luzon Adventure Pass. All nine Island Voyage destinations are free on iOS and Android, with no adventure pass required. Skill upgrades, power-ups, and companions use earned Travel Coins, not real-money purchases. Passport stamps, rewards, and progress are earned through gameplay. The passes are non-consumables processed by the applicable store, and eligible access can be restored using the store account that purchased them. BuddyPort does not sell subscriptions, coin packs, individual Buddies, individual destinations, or passport stamps. Pricing, taxes, payment processing, sharing availability, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable store. Product and feature availability may differ by platform.
8. Third-party services
Apple services, including the App Store and iCloud, and Google services, including Google Play and Android platform services, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BuddyPort is not responsible for interruptions or changes to those services.
9. Disclaimers
BuddyPort is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuddyPort’s developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live. BuddyPort is developed and published by Tristan Jules B. Rosales. Questions may be sent to tristanrosales0@gmail.com.
