1. Using BuddyPort
BuddyPort grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game on compatible Apple devices for private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Family use
A parent or guardian should review these terms for younger players. You are responsible for activity on devices and Apple accounts under your control.
3. Game progress
Progress is stored locally and may sync through the player’s private iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining device and iCloud access. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted or unavailable data.
4. Fair play
You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or interfere with BuddyPort, its artwork, code, gameplay systems, or services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Intellectual property
BuddyPort, its characters, destinations, artwork, music, interface, names, and other original content are owned by BuddyPort’s developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Availability and updates
Features, destinations, requirements, and availability may change as the game improves. Updates may be required to continue using some features.
7. Third-party services
Apple services such as the App Store and iCloud are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. BuddyPort is not responsible for interruptions or changes to those services.
8. Disclaimers
BuddyPort is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuddyPort’s developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Governing law and contact
